Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to over 230 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International: 14–45 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. PureForm Wellness is not responsible for delays due to customs.
